delivery not recieved

I ordered my items that were not delivered. The post office sent it back to sender. let the company that my order had been returned. I was told that it could be redelivered for another shipping charge. I tried to refuse the offer and ask for a return by replying to the email. My email seemed to be blocked. I will never use this company and I advise others to find your items elsewhere. I did not get my product or my refund.

Love It!

I bought this thinking I needed something for the shower because it was difficult to find my tried and true loofah rag. But this net sponge is awesome!! This gives me way more material and lathers up like a dream!! I'll definitely be buying more!!

Very Excited to Receive BUT Have Not Yet

While you all may have filled my order, I have not yet received it so am unable to give a review. The tracking says it is still being processed at the postal station in my town.
