Shipping Policy

Our Processing time is 2-10 business days from the day of purchase.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that we have received your order.

A second email will be sent out with your tracking number once your order has shipped, Pls allow 3 to 7 business for your order to be delivered.

For international orders, allow 7 to 21 business days for orders to be received 

International customers are responsible for all fees, charges and taxes imposed by customs.

We are not responsible for carrier delays, natural disaster delays, or delays due to holidays.

Once your order ships out we are no longer responsible for it.

You are responsible for providing Your correct address.

If your order gets delivered to the wrong address provided by You, there is absolutely nothing we can do about it.

If your package gets sent back to us due to wrong address You put down, and you want that item Again, You will be responsible for the shipping fees.

We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Damaged Items.
Unfortunately, sometimes our products get damage on its way to its destinations. If this occurs, in order for us to send you a replacement email us at

In the email YOU MUST include: YOUR Name, Order number, A picture of broken items (if proof is not provided, unfortunately we will not replace the broken product)
Only a replacement can be provided in this case.
