All sales are FINAL.
We DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES DUE TO SANITARY REASONS.

Incorrect Address

You are responsible for providing Your correct address.
If your order gets delivered to the wrong address provided by You, there is absolutely nothing we can do about it.

You MUST ensure your shipping information is correct prior to finalizing your order. We are not liable for an incorrect address. If your package gets returned to us, due to an incorrect address. The order will be refunded (minus the shipping cost & up to a 25% restocking fee) once it is physically back in our possession.

We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Damaged Items.
Unfortunately, sometimes our products get damage on its way to its destinations.If you have a discrepancy with your order, be sure to include; order name, number, packing slip, detailed description of your issue/ concern, along with photos. No later than 48hours after receiving your order to info@omascosmetics.com (if proof is not provided, unfortunately we will not replace the broken product)
Only a replacement can be provided in this case.

Complete order not received:  If you receive an incomplete order, please email us at info@omascosmetics.com with 24 hours of receipt. Attach a picture of the products you received and the original package your order was delivered in. This must be done with 24 hours of receipt to ensure accurate actions are taken. In this case, Only a replacement will be sent.
