When will my order ship?

Please allow 2 to 10 business days for processing. After your order has shipped, it should arrive within 3 to 7 business days for domestic orders and 7 to 21 business days for international orders. 

How do I know my order was successfully placed?

You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing an order. If you do not receive an email, this typically means that either the order wasn’t completed, or the email address entered was incorrect. In other cases the confirmation may have been filtered to your junk mail. Please check your junk mail inbox and contact us if you can’t find it.

I put in the wrong address, Can I change my address after I have placed my order?

No you cannot, once your order is placed, you can no longer change or edit it so make sure the information entered is correct before placing your order.

How much does shipping cost?

We have a flat rate shipping of $5.99 but depending on the weight of the items in your cart, it could go up to $9. For International orders, the shipping is calculated through the carrier.

How do I track my order?

When your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow 2 to 7 business days for your order to be processed. You can also visit our website and click on track order for further details.

Shipping vs Processing 

Processing is the time it takes for your order to be PROCESSED, Orders take *2 to 10 business days to process.
Shipping is how long it takes your order to be physically delivered to you. 

What happens if my body butter melts during transit?

Simply allow it to resoldify at room temperature (away from the sun/windows) to solidify.
