Decline in Quality

I wish I could leave a positive review after being a long time customer (since around 2022). I have ordered a few times since and honestly loved the quality. The nets were strong and durable. I wanted to buy a few as stocking stuffers this year and was severely disappointed by both the quality and customer service. I wish I could add pictures of everything that was said in the customer service chats but I want to focus on the decline in quality. The nets were terribly thin, short, frayed, no scrub strength, and the wrong colors. The colors did not match the listings at all. In the pictures I show a purple net that I’ve owned since 2022 vs what I received recently, a huge difference. In the other picture is an orange net I purchased just earlier this year in April next to a yellow one I ordered recently to show the thinness continues with other colors. Even worse, when I emailed about this issue, the CEO dismissed the problem as a “TikTok shop issue” that they needed to deal with, basically “go bother them on there”. When I did, they took so long to respond that TikTok kept closing the chats and I got nowhere. Regardless I am returning the items. But hurt by the decline in quality.
