HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

This was an order made by my teenage child, as soon as I noticed I reached out before the item shipped for a refund. Even after she got back to me (after the item shipped) she asked for the reason & ignored me after that. i still have the unopened package. However I will be contacting my bank for a chargeback
