Shipping time was good, no complaints here. I live in Massachusetts, and I received my order in 5 days. Another reviewer said the size was no bigger than a baby's fist, so I was concerned about the size, but luckily enough for me, I would say it's a touch or two smaller than an average bar of soap (Dial Soap) I've only used it twice in one day but my face is visibly softer. My hope is that I get rid of discoloration and acne, though. The soap has no lather, just an observation....not sure if it's supposed to. Lastly, I'll say based on another reviewer having a bad experience of her soap not lasting after wetting it, I've decided to cut off small pieces of the bar every time I was my face so the bar won't disintegrate. So far, so good! I'm happy with my purchase!
