I originally purchased the body oil samples in the scents of: Amber Tonka Oud, Gourmand Vanilla, Strawberry Vanilla Macaron, and Skin Musk. Shipping and delivery was swift within less than 2 weeks of purchasing, however I accidentally received the sample scent of their "Ethereal" body oil rather than the Skin Musk I ordered. I sent them an email the same day and got a very swift and prompt respond; within 3 days the issue was handled, and within less than a week my replacement was on the way free of any additional charge. I was extremely impressed by their customer service and the ease of getting the issue resolved.
As for the scents, they all are lovely and the formula is consistent in providing a quick dry down finish. Layered with perfumes and lotion they can last quite a while depending on the longevity of your other scents. Alone (which i always mean paired with lotion- in this case unscented), they last on me up to about 2 hours. Which is if i just put it on my pulse point; versus about 4-5 with my whole body, but the overall projection is subtle as time goes on. The sample sizes are very generous as well at 1 oz, making them TSA and travel friendly. Since all scent descriptions are provided on the website, I will just talk about how i paired the oils I received for layering- which is the key reason I bought them. Some i layered individually and some altogether.
Amber Tonka Oud: YSL Libre Lotion, Libre Le Parfum, and Inner Angel by Bath and Body Works (which is inspired by Killian Angel Share; once i get that i may drop another review on how that pairs). Commonality: Warmth, Boozy, Full Bodied Sweetness.
Gourmand Vanilla: EOS Vanilla Cashmere Lotion, Finery's Sweet on The Outside, and Body Fantasies Vanilla. Commonality: Confectionary Candy-like Sweetness, Pure Vanilla, Rich Brightness.
Strawberry Vanilla Macaron: Qissa's Pink, Lattafa's Yara, and Lancome's La Vie Est Belle, EOS Vanilla Cashmere Lotion. Commonality: Clarifying sweetness, almost "Wild" Strawberry-esque, can be toned up or down in sweetness depending on the pairing.
Skin Musk: Juliette has a Gun's Lust for Sun. Commonality: Bright, White Florals, Muskiness. I truly love using this one alone but this is the only perfume i use alongside it as i don't typically lean for scents like this.
I would review the Ethereal but as i also don't gravitate towards scents like that, I instead gifted it to my sister. She did try it Lancome's La Vie Est Belle which created a really pretty subtly sweet floral smell.
TLDR; Customer Service is swift and prompt and the products are amazing and great for layering- will be purchasing again once i run out of the samples!
