Flawed check out, caused shipping address change

A Flawed check out system caused my shipping address to be changed to Philadelphia. Then an indifferent manager decided the gift for my daughter would not be shipped to my address.. Causing a Christmas gift for my daughter to be undelivered and me to losing out all my money, including shipping.

Great Purchase

The sponges look beautiful and I kept one for myself while giving the two other as gifts. The white loops did break but nothing a quick knot could not fix up. Truly do suds and dry off very quickly. The colors are vibrant and beautiful, trust I've seen some raggedy versions.
